Electability is measured with a poll. There have been many polls. They have shown that Mr. Biden was leading at first, but has been slipping and is now, roughly speaking, tied with Ms. Warren. The first time derivative of Mr. Biden’s poll numbers is negative; the first time derivative of Ms. Warren’t poll numbers is positive.

That’s what we know about the relative electability of those two candidates. Your story doesn’t address these facts. It is instead a campaign poster for Ms. Warren. Now, I prefer Ms. Warren over Mr. Biden, and I have contributed to her campaign, but I prefer that our political discussions be rational.
