I don't understand what you mean by "devolution of the consciousness of our people". Could you expand on that? I didn't see a clear statement on it in your original post.
On Covid-19, there was a paper last June that said that, had the USA implemented the same protocols that countries like Singapore, New Zealand, South Korea, and Japan implemented, total casualties, based on population, would amount to about 10,000. There's no question that Mr. Trump's response has been grossly incompetent. Electing him was a catastrophic decision for the American system.
